How you will do it 

• You will lead the delivery and implementation of customer-centric digital strategy that upholds the Subscriber brand and delivers a premier digital experience to our customers.
• Develop an efficient ‘go to market’ model to drive sales, adoption, and expansion for subscription-based solutions and renewal.
• Develop and deploy detailed business plans and a digital roadmap.
• Lead strategic digital planning across countries for all front-end technologies such as e-commerce, B2C, self-service capabilities, customer engagement hubs, omnichannel etc.
• Raise the profile and position of ADT as a differentiator in the market.
• Developing pricing recommendations and accelerated profitability models.
• Identify skills and resource requirements to successfully launch new solutions and in line with demand.
• Work with Managing Directors and Sales leaders to execute growth strategies through digital enablement.

• Experience in designing and implementing new business strategies, and digital roadmaps to deliver growth.
• Outstanding management and leadership skills to achieve tangible outcomes in a heavily matrixed management environment.
• You will need to have excellent stakeholder management and consensus building skills.
• Knowledge and understating of growing consumer relationships in an international environment.
• An excellent communicator, with the ability to influence and empower teams to execute plans.

Preferred 

• Fluent in Spanish language
• Experience leading digital within the Security sector experience and industry knowledge of legal & compliance requirements.
• Technical account management experience.
• Experience in leading CRM strategies, Marketing Automation, driving inbound enquiries through SEO optimisation, PPC and Social Media.
• Solid experience in cloud technologies deployment (especially Oracle) and convergence across businesses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering; a Master’s in Business Administration or Technology Management
