Requirements
How you will make an impact in this role:Â
- Oversee, empower and inspire a team of leaders while assisting with their career development
- Responsible for setting, executing, tracking, and reporting of strategic initiatives that will generate incremental revenues
- Work with senior leadership on long term strategy development and program objectives
- Responsible for evaluation, approval and management of employee programs
- Establish and manage challenging goals, objectives and strategies for improvements in current operations, including existing policy and procedures implementation and operations management in the areas of quality, cost reduction, streamlined processes and performance measurement
- Be a public figure representing the organization to a myriad external stakeholders
- Assist in development and administration of human resource policies and procedures Â
- Oversee profit/loss, developing KPIs and coaching for top performance of workforce

- You have a proven track record with 8+ years of successfully leading organizations to grow
- You have a solid background in strategic Human Resources and Operations management
- You have a Masters in Business Administration or a Degree with ample experience in leadership
- Your experience has been focused in corporate or professional services or - you feel confident your skills would be highly transferable to this space
- You have both knowledge and experience with change managementÂ
- Strong understanding of operational and personnel policies
