The Director, Finance & Corporate Services must have strong leadership, management, technology, analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills in order to be a part of the management team. What you get to do every day

- Lead and manage a team of two

- Manage daily operations of the finance and accounting department

- Aid in developing department and organization goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures

- Ensure adherence to budgetary reporting requirements

- Manage the preparation of all financial reports

- Own financial planning and budget management functions

- Prepare for annual audit

- Prepare and present Board reporting

- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget

Requirements

Requirements:

- Strong analytical thinking and a detail-oriented mindset

- 5+ years of finance and accounting experience

- CPA is preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

- Experience with multiple accounting and financial reporting systems

- Expert understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
