The role’s duties & responsibilities:

• Develop and improve engagement rates of CRM and Paid Media Marketing plans
• Handle marketing costs in line with annual budget as set by Marketing Manager
• Handle the review and sign-off process with key business partners for all projects
• Manage production of all marketing collateral associated with all campaigns
• Ensure all content is up to date and compliant in line with FCA guidelines
• Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager, Creative Team and Media Agencies
• Handle campaign analysis and reporting in daily or weekly meetings as required

Skills & experiences required:

• Experience of working in a fast paced global or FTSE organisation
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Enjoy solving complex problems with simple solutions
• Desire to learn and to develop within Direct Digital Marketing, CRM and Paid Media
• Experience in writing clear and concise documents and PowerPoint presentations
