Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

This role is a key member to the Digital Workspace team, responsible for the delivery of our end user services in the Digital Workspace, including Desktop, Mobile, Print, Meeting Room and MS365 services. By sharing your technical expertise you'll work closely with our team, business stakeholders and external vendors to deliver changes to Modern Workplace that will assist our staff to work more securely and collaboratively from anywhere and on any device.

Mōu - About you

To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate your technical experience in delivering infrastructure hardware and software initiatives.  We'll ask you to talk about your experience in vendor and platform management in large, complex environments, and you'll need to have extensive experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows 10.

We need someone who will maintain a “end user first” focus, always considering and pre-empting end user needs and how new technologies can meet and exceed these expectations. This will include demonstrating and testing new ideas to end users and engaging with them to showcase our technology platforms.

We are looking for a change champion full of ideas, an appetite for doing things differently, and the ability to communicate your ideas effectively to multiple stakeholders.  You'll be self-motivated and keep yourself up to date with technology updates and maintain a strong knowledge of Digital Workspace product features, while being aware of return on investment and business benefits realisation.
