You'll have the following responsibilities

ï‚§ Lead initiatives to drive commercial performance of customers transacting through BT's digital channels. Develops insights / analysis to support development of the digital commercial strategy for new mobile customers.

ï‚§ Responsible for utilising commercial analysis and insights to recommend BT's commercial approach for transacting customers through BT's digital channels

ï‚§ Responsible for developing commercial analysis, in addition to regulatory, competitor and customer insights to define the timelines / commercial approach for evolving the mix through digital channels

ï‚§ Build commercial plans for customers transacting through BT's digital channels - this includes alignment of channel marketing investment, pricing / promotional dependencies, commercial KPIs and changes Digital experiences to support delivery of commercial objectives. 

ï‚§ Member of Product Squad. Recommends and gains approval for commercial and experience trials / experiments to inform and evolve approach customers (including decisions to pivot).

ï‚§ Build recommendation for propositions / customer offers that are specific to existing mobile customers through BT's digital channels, for approval through central commercial governance process

You'll have the following skills & experience

• Experience supporting development of commercial strategy

• Experience supporting delivery of financial performance from a sizable P&L / channel

• Experience managing cross-functional teams with ability to demonstrate delivery of desired commercial outcomes

• Demonstrated ability to develop / articulate complex commercial and financial models

• Ability to lead trials / tests from conception to post implementation review

• Experience operating in a FTSE 100 commercial environment, engaging / influencing at director / C-level across Commercial, Marketing, Strategy and Finance

• Telco experience

• Strong influencing and relationship skills

• Management degree is desirable (given the strategic nature of the role)
