The Role

The Digital Product Manager's primary purpose is to understand the needs of our customers, utilise data and insights to help shape the digital product roadmap. The Product Manager will be working on an early-stage product and will have the ability to influence the direction of digital business.

Working in a small and nimble team, the Product Manager will employ best practice agile and lean product methodology to develop, launch, scale and optimise Programmed's exciting new digital business.

This role will be instrumental in delivering product and service solutions that set Programmed apart from its competitors and delivers unique value to customers.

Perfect for a true problem solver, this role will be responsible delivering a product that will solve pain points for multiple user types in a category that makes a real difference in our customers lives.

You'll be working with a new tech stack, modern tools, and a freshly created brand and new customer value proposition. This is a great opportunity to join the team at the very beginning of the product lifecycle.

Skills and experience

• 3 to 5 years Product Management experience
• Experience in developing and scaling new products
• Ability to be hands on in delivery, but can also develop roadmaps and feed into product strategy
• Expertise in human interface guidelines, standards, and best practices as they apply to platforms
• Experience in working with delivery partners/agencies
• Demonstrated experience in exploratory and research frameworks
• Experience multivariant testing, and running ongoing tests
• Strong communication skills, knowing how to navigate around big business and knowing who and when to engage

Demonstrated success in structured problem solving that includes problem definition, hypotheses testing, analysis plan and facilitating discussions

Qualifications:

• Relevant Business, Design or Computer Science qualification; or commensurate experience.
