We’re looking for a specialist in Digital Marketing to develop, mentor, and motivate our members to become the digital marketers of the future.
An enthusiastic mentor with a willingness to get the best out of people. Aiming not only for learners to pass their programme aims, but to be setting high professional standards. You will act as an inspirational role model for what they can become.

In this position you will:

- Provide in-class training on digital marketing concepts

- Learn and prepare the Curriculum Content for classes

- Handle doubt sessions or query sessions of the students related to digital marketing at the time of training;

- Advise, guide and assist learners through the apprenticeship.

- Provide classroom training to students;

- Help students in learning problems

- Improve and update teaching resources to meet a developing need

- Give appropriate assignments and projects for the students to make them grow with hands-on experience in digital marketing

Requirements :

• Proven track record of running data-driven Digital Marketing campaigns (paid & unpaid)
• Proven experience working with Digital Marketing tools/channels including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook Ad Manager, Email (Mailchimp etc), a/B testing, CRO, Growth Hacking etc
• Marketing Degree from a recognised University (UK or other)
• Strong Presentation skills. You have presentation experience and can command a room
• Enjoy travelling and meeting new cultures: You may be asked to travel to countries across Europe and the Middle East (inc Saudi Arabia, Kuwait etc)
• We may want to fly you out to teach events for 2 weeks once a quarter, so having a degree of flexibility in your current role will be a good fit
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills are essential
• A high level of attention to detail and reliability to meet deadlines and work across company requirements
• You’ll be passionate, fun, determined and humble
• Fluent English
