Robert Half is looking to place an experienced, knowledgeable Digital Marketing Specialist with our client for an ongoing Part Time opportunity. We need a professional who can expertly navigate the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis and campaign execution, all while keeping tight control of the bottom line. Experience improving online customer experiences, implementing marketing technology solutions, and following inbound marketing practices, as well as a customer-first mindset are essential for this job. We want to hear from you if you are detail-oriented and have strong decision-making and interpersonal skills. This position will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of all digital initiatives that support the sales strategy and marketing plans for our client. You will oversee the company's brand image and voice through the development of strategies and content across the digital landscape of owned sites, social media, partner platforms and paid media, with support from the Marketing Manager.

We are looking for a Part Time candidate with B2B experience in one or more of the following, embedded electronics (MCU/MPU/boards; RTOS; design, software development & middleware tools; IoT), robotics & automation, and IT (SaaS) or related. Apply today to learn more!

  • Engage with technology and creative vendor partners to meet expectations on brand compliance, deadlines and budget
  • Help with updating the online customer portal to improve user experience
  • Identify trends and insights with executive leadership and share thought leadership
  • Own and improve the social media presence of the company
  • Seek out ways to improve spend and performance of paid digital campaigns
  • Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives to meet objectives in customer acquisition, growth and retention, and reactivation
  • Track digital marketing campaigns and prepare reports
  • Create content that will engage the company's customers and partners
  • Develop creative landing pages, blog posts and SEO in order to improve the company's website
  • Maintain project timeline and status and communicate updates regularly for digital projects
  • Help with other project tasks related to print, direct mail and data management as needed

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B
  • Must have experience with embedded electronics (MCU/MPU/boards; RTOS; design, software development & middleware tools; IoT), robotics & automation, and IT (SaaS) or related fields
  • Proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)
  • Knowledgeable of SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM
  • Has a demonstrated ability in establishing digital brands with strong ROI
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience with driving traffic to a company's main site and enhancing the frontline customer journey
  • Knowledgeable in maintaining digital brand consistency and managing strategic multichannel marketing
