This is a fantastic chance to lead the digital marketing strategy across all channels for Neos, Sky’s smart home technology. Sky purchased Neos in 2021. The role focusses on cross selling Neos to Sky’s existing customers as well as new customer acquisition.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy for Neos to deliver product and revenue growth from our existing Sky customers as well as growth of new customers through Display, Social, PPC and SEO. Form a full view of the funnel, and finding opportunities to optimise across the funnel, adopting a test and learn approach with the objective of delivering growth
• Work with the digital marketing team, stakeholders across the business and media agency to deliver outstanding campaigns. Adopt a trading mentality and hold team and agency accountable to targets
• Constantly seek to analyse data working with our data and trading teams on campaign performance, customer behaviour, seasonality and other factors which would influence our important metrics
• Look for opportunities in Email, Push, App, Web and merchandising to increase headroom
• Work with senior stakeholderst o present a clear view of performance and trends as well as work closely with the Media Agency, PPC and Display team to lead day to day spend, campaigns and performance
• Monitor performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis measuring against targets. You will challenge the team and agency on performance and recommend actions

What you’ll bring:

• Digital Marketing Skills – Digital Marketing experience across all channels – display, social and search.
• Commercially astute â€“ experience of tracking and optimising a set of key KPIs.
• Excellent presentation skills â€“ ability to present expertly at a senior level.
• Strategic thinker â€“ with an inquisitive mind, comfortable both in the detail and at a high level.
• Strong communicator with good verbal and written skills â€“ internal and external relationships are key to the role
• Leadership â€“ drives team and agency to do think out of the box while challenging norms
