We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketeer to join the team, for a period of 12 months covering Maternity. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for Affiliate marketing & Gift Card propositions along with an interest and willingness to assist across other Digital Marketing workstreams, when required. A confident communicator, collaborative team player and Digital Marketing enthusiast who is looking to work with a great team would be very welcome.
The Digital Marketing executive will sit within the Digital & CRM Marketing team and be responsible for managing the Affiliates & Gift Card channels along with assisting across other Digital Marketing workstreams. The role will require cross functional working with other teams in Multichannel, including our Trading & Digital Development teams, ensuring both the Affiliates & Gift Card channels are managed confidently and effectively.
The role provides an exciting opportunity to gain invaluable experience, insights and involvement in Digital Marketing, starting with the Affiliates and B2B Gift Card Development proposition.
Key Accountabilities:
Day to day management of the Affiliate channel, ensuring the channel is always set up effectively, optimising towards driving high quality traffic and revenue
Working cross functionally with the Trading team & Affiliate agency on a weekly basis to ensure our merchant pages are up to date and accurate across our top Affiliates in alignment with the latest offerings
Working closely with our top performing affiliates & Affiliate agency to increase engagement and maximise exposure opportunities
Validation of Affiliate transactions ensuring the correct commission amounts are paid out consistently each month and are aligned to budget
Providing regular insights and analysis of the Affiliates channel alongside potential new revenue generating opportunities
Briefing, checking and set up of creative assets, where necessary
Gift Cards:
Managing all gift card related activity on a day to day basis - including card loads, refund requests, balance transfers due to lost/stolen cards and redemption of gift cards whilst ensuring appropriate communication has been provided to each client
Maintaining a clear view of all sales by period and card loads on a weekly basis to track performance and growth of scheme
Fulfilment of internal orders for gift cards for competition winners etc and keeping a detailed recording of all orders
Working closely with members of the finance team to ensure all clients invoices are processed promptly and efficiently
Working closely with the gift card agency on a daily basis to coordinate promotional activity in line with supporting the trading plan and seasonal creatives
What are we looking for:
Excellent stakeholder management – ability to build relationships and liaise with business and external stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables and issues/risks
Proven experience of working as a Digital Marketing exec
Experience using Google tools such as Google sheets, Google Analytics and Data Studio ideal
Good understanding of Affiliates marketing
Flexible working from home and in the office
Self starter that can work under tight deadlines
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong project management and organisational skills
