Job Description

We are looking for a digital marketing brand and PR person to join our team at IDC. The role delivers an array of opportunities working with advertising photographers and motion directors, along with award winning creative partners and talent.

JOB ROLE: Digital Marketing, Brand & PR Specialist

This is a new role for our organisation with the purpose of driving growth through creatively driven digital marketing activities, public relations and social media campaigns. 

With experience in public relations and digital marketing, you will be able to engage, grow and nurture client relationships by using a range of tactics and strategies that focus on growth and brand exposure ultimately converting these into leads. 

The ideal candidate will be happy to roll up their sleeves and enjoy working in a collaborative and autonomous environment. You will have an agile approach to projects, with a can-do attitude. You'll be able to use your initiative, have great relationship-building skills, and a solid foundation of existing relationships with clients and suppliers. 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Business development and partnerships in particular in the advertising, and creative industry.

The development and execution of digital marketing strategy to relevant industry audiences with proven growth and engagement outcomes.

The development and execution of a social media/communication strategy targeting online communities on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn. 

Digital marketing content creation including eDM/Blog. Knowledge & capabilities with Adobe suite (InDesign & Photoshop, editing software).

Public relations, media management and communication strategies to seed in stories/opinion pieces to relevant industry media.

Brand reputation management; incl research, story crafting, program plan establishment, and media management, monitoring and analysing

Excellent written communications, including being skilled in the art of storytelling.

Proven ability to maintain and support website and content management systems and experience in implementation of digital projects
