Flying Cars is a boutique charity and for-purpose innovation agency founded in 2018. We deliver a friendly, personable service, outstanding stewardship and high impact for our partners, to develop new and impactful solutions to the challenges they face
Specialising in innovation strategy, training, and delivering innovation cycles, our daily bread is insight, audience-led ideas generation, prototyping, smokescreen testing and campaign delivery with our partners. We’re now looking to build our small team.
We’re very good at what we do, just ask any of our clients. We help them find new solutions to old and new problems and help them raise millions of pounds and engage with new audiences.
Salary & Perks
The salary for this role is £25K-30K, depending on experience
Annual bonus linked to performance
30 days holiday per year (including 8 public holidays)

About the role
Some of the problems we are asked to solve are complex but highly rewarding. We adapt, learn and evolve with our partners. You will be coached, taught and developed in order for you to thrive.
You will play a key role in running innovation projects that have the following tasks at the core:
Project management of multiple and complex projects, working to strict deadlines and delivering whatever is needed to get the job done
Planning, preparing and facilitating highly collaborative virtual and in-person innovation workshops
Organising and running qualitative research projects. Develop discussion guides, undertake depth interviews, find actionable insights and collate convincing evidence
Give support to quantitative research projects
Creating presentation decks and reports
Help provide content for weekly updates for clients. Communicate directly with them
Collect and create results/impact/visuals for case study creation
Support and run smokescreen tests on social media
Help support new business for the agency and be involved in pitches for life-changing projects
Developing campaign ideas, pivoting, improving and iterating based on audience feedback, testing and responses
Maintaining active social media profiles for Flying Cars
Developing and creating content for clients and Flying Cars
Stewarding clients to a high level.
Administration - we’re a small outfit, so this is important

Who are you? You will be:
Keen to roll up your sleeves and get things done

We will expect you to contribute to any task - big or small to get the job done - this will include routine administrative tasks regularly

Essential Criteria
An outstanding project manager, able to coordinate multiple projects with ease and keep on top of deadlines
Experience running paid social media ad campaigns, with a working knowledge of Facebook Ad Manager (applied back-end knowledge of social media marketing)
Demonstrable ability to learn new skills quickly, we will teach you everything you need to know but you need to be able to pick things up at speed.
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently via phone, Zoom, in writing and face to face
Excellent attention to detail and planning skills
A collaborative approach to problem-solving
Willing to complete all administration tasks
A wish to learn everything there is to know about Innovating for organisations and brands that wish to do good
Able to commute to London
