What you’ll do:
Group Workplace Solutions (GWS) vision to “enable innovation and delivery by allowing our people to connect and collaborate across the group with a great experience.†The remit extends to enterprise workplace platforms and systems including client devices, productivity, unified communications, video conferencing, identity, privileged access management, file services and corporate applications. GWS also manage mission critical technical infrastructure for example AD, DHCP and DNS.
As we gather and capture data (user experience, service telemetry) across our services and consolidate into our new data warehouse capability, we will leverage this information using the latest data modelling and AI techniques to inform decision making.
The role holder will support the Business Delivery Manager to proactively capitalise on the insight provided by Nexthink analytics and other intelligence sources, interpreting and implementing improvements to in order to enhance the experience of our customers, the Sky employee. This role will help to manage the data that will drive and influence the Enterprise Technology Solutions strategy and roadmaps; and will involve a high degree of data modelling and analysis, artificial intelligence, data management and support of data repositories
• Drive a culture focused on behavioural analytics and digital experience to improve Sky’s user experience for the GWS toolsets
• Gather and manage the data sets from the business and perform required analysis and reporting to deliver excellent digital experiences enabling identification of service development opportunities, designing and testing solutions to ensure they deliver the business expectation
• Prepare and share standard monthly, weekly and ad-hoc data reporting requirements for Enterprise Technology operational support, consolidating data across various technology systems
• Identify and deliver
• Proactive incident resolution – Fully automated fixes (invisible) & User enabled fixes (through user engagement campaigns)
• Problem Investigations, working with third party support groups to establish root cause and possible remediation actions
• Monitor Performance dashboards and use data to drive improvement initiatives & possible future automations/problems
• Develop XLAs/End User Sentiment (performance v experience)
• Recommend campaign usage where it will enhance the user experience e.g. targeted updates only to impacted users.
• KPI and Benefit Realisation, create regular/custom reports to demonstrate tangible improvement in user satisfaction
What you’ll bring:
• You will have Professional experience in the Digital Experience analytics, preferably using the Nexthink toolset
• Ability to self-learn new techniques from research papers and textbooks
• Build models and evaluate their impact
• Work together with other Data Analysts, Data Scientists, execs, technical and non-technical people
• Keen desire to acquire and share knowledge, we are on a transformation journey and it is vital that knowledge be shared within the wider team
• Vision, drive, diplomacy and the ability to make things happen in an environment of ambiguity, complexity and multiple stakeholders, being able to influence others without direct authority.

• Experience with a variety of different Digital Experience analytic toolsets and Data Analysis toolset and methodologies e.g. PowerBI, AccessDB, Python, Powerpoint, and understand the benefits of each method in the context of supporting business needs
