What you'll do 

Working at the cutting edge of future digital experiences, you’ll harness your creativity and the latest disruptive technologies to craft meaningful experiences across our digital channels for our corporate and commercial customers.

You’ll focus your attention on a portfolio of digital propositions that we’re investing in to help us achieve our ambition to become a relationship bank for a digital world. These propositions will see you translating real-world customer needs into custom digital solutions, and with collaboration at the heart of this role, you’ll encourage - and be encouraged - to think outside the box to solve complex problems and find opportunities for further innovation.

Day to day, you’ll be:

  • Embracing our collaborative and agile ways of working to help your colleagues prototype, validate and test your solutions and the overall digital experience
  • Driving and promoting the use of our direct channels by our customers, colleagues and partners
  • Supporting colleagues to prototype your solutions to validate and test the digital experience in terms of desirability, feasibility and viability 
  • Helping businesses gain a clearer understanding of their product visions by informing their product backlogs and creating the basis of a minimum viable product 
  • Our expert on customer desirability to inform and shape a world-class digital experience, while contributing as a reference point on our digital channels strategy, design and solutions

The skills you'll need 

We’re looking for a digital specialist who’s truly customer obsessed and able to articulate a customer vision to create excellent outcomes for them. You’ll need great stakeholder management skills too, along with commercial acumen, market awareness and an interest in the latest digital trends - particularly in the digital channels space.

You’ll bring this all together by being a great team player, and you’ll demonstrate this through your excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.

In terms of your technical knowledge and experience, you’ll need:

  • A background in treasury or cash management sales, product development, product management or engineering
  • Experience of creating solutions for end-to-end payments processes, including cross-border and cross-currency solutions
  • The ability to develop epics, stories and test cases in JIRA through Agile development methods
