We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our Digital team as a Digital Demand Planner based remotely with one day a week at either our Support Centre in Worksop or our London office. 

As our Digital Demand Planner you’ll be responsible for supporting the Trading Manager in the achievement of availability and Right First Time targets. The Demand planner is responsible for the accurate data input, purchase order raising, allocations and SAP replenishment parameter maintenance in order to achieve the optimum stock movement performance from Vendor to 3PL and DC to 3PL.

Taking huge pride in what you do, your role will involve;

• Ensuring that supply chain calculations are checked and are within acceptable parameters for the forecast and replenishment data to process the required movement of stock.
• Collaboration with the Trading team and other key stakeholders to deliver a right first-time solutions into the Digital 3PL but also identify cost saving opportunities to the business.
• The management and response to daily Vendor enquiries and ensuring robust representation and influencing to deliver Wilko requirements. 

• Managing any products that are being removed from the Marketplace by ensuring the correct SAP data is in place and being accountable for root cause analysis of Digital specific availability challenges with accompanying resolution proposals.

For this role we need someone who has at least 3 years’ experience of working with a demand planner role within the retail sector. You will need to have an excellent eye for detail and be able to communicate at all levels.
