Join us as a Digital Content Strategist

  • We’re looking for a Digital Content Strategist to create engaging content that delivers a great customer experience, reflecting our brand style and tone of voice
  • You’ll be developing and delivering digital content across multiple channels to serve the needs of our users while supporting commercial objectives
  • It’s an opportunity to build great relationships with other digital teams and collaborate to deliver best in class work

What you’ll do

You’ll be developing and delivering digital content that is engaging, easily understood and reflects our brand voice. We’ll look to you to understand analytics and user testing outputs to inform content decisions and improve usability. And you’ll support content approval to make sure that it follows our brand guidelines, tone of voice and digital content principles.

You’ll also be:

  • Using data and analytics to review performance and measure what’s working and where we can improve our content
  • Participating in research activities to test, evaluate and iterate our content, translating insights into recommendations
  • Reviewing each experience to identify content related components and assets needed
  • Collaborating with designers to ensure content strategy is implemented across all projects and platforms

The skills you’ll need

We’re looking for someone with digital content experience, from within a large matrix organisation and ideally within the financial services sector. You’ll have a background in content delivery in a client or agency role and hold significant experience of content design tools and techniques.

We’ll also expect you to have:

  • Knowledge of digital design tools and an understanding of how the user journey, content and user engagement works in a digital environment
  • Knowledge of external regulations and their impact on business strategy
  • Experience of influencing and stakeholder engagement 
  • Knowledge of user experience strategies, models and practices
  • Experience of Agile methodologies
