As Digital Content Specialist you'll delight our customers through the delivery of simple, clear and concise support content.
Working in a fast paced and demanding organisation, you’ll create engaging content that’s simple and in line with our brand tone of voice and best practice guidelines. This could be illustrations, infographics, instructional guides etc.
Our aim is to deliver content used across the website to inform, educate and deflect customers from needing to contact us.
We'd love you to bring your creative flare to every task, finding new ways to deliver key messaging across the site that keeps the user's attention.
You'll work closely with optimisation leads to drive actionable insights and continuous improvements to our content
It goes without saying that you're a great team player. We’re a small team of content creators who often collaborate, so you’ll be able to play to people’s strengths in the team to get the job done.
Success will be a shift in core KPIs such as NPS, contact reduction, digital engagement and increasing the switch from voice to digital.
Working closely and collaboratively with product stakeholders to support the groups digital strategy.

You’ll constantly seek feedback on your content, use available data to deliver improvements against agreed metrics.
An expert at managing stakeholders, with so many opinions around the table you’ll be able to distill key information from each project to ensure content remains concise.
Have a keen eye for the latest tech and trends - things don’t stand still for long. You’ll bring ideas to innovate the support we provide.
Create prototypes that meet product requirements and expectations.
Be obsessed with creating and delivering digital experiences that addresses customer and business needs and build plans to deliver against budgeted targets.
What do I need in order to deliver in the role?
You’ll be a proven digital content professional who can demonstrate experience in designing and delivering content and measuring it’s performance.
Excellent written skills
Competent using Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience of Google Analytics
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
It would also be useful, but not essential, to have:
Working knowledge of HTML, we use a CMS but a little knowledge goes a long way
Awareness of digital compliance standards such as WCAG AA accessibility.
Experience of working with complex customer journeys
