Salary and Benefits
£44,656 - £55,820 (depending on experience) base salary, plus annual personal bonus, 15% employer pension contribution (when you put in 6%), 4% flexible cash pot, private medical insurance, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays. About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to join the Motor Finance Value Stream (MFVS) within Group Transformation. As one of the five value streams within Retail & Community Banking Transformation, our vision for MFVS is to remain as the UK’s market leader in Motor Finance, continually evolving to provide an outstanding multi-channel experience for all our customers now and in the future.
As Digital Content Manager you’ll be key to driving and sharing insight on how digital content can optimise our digital journeys for our customers and gain competitive advantage.
The role spans from crafting compelling copy, through to its delivery and post implementation analysis of its success. You’ll be working in an agile environment, bringing expertise to multiple features teams.
What you’ll do
Collaborating effectively with the team and a wide range of internal customers and senior leaders across our business to drive improvements to our online customer journeys
Working closely with the Human Centred Design experts (e.g. UX Designers, UI Designers, etc.) to support development of journey evolution
Designing and writing compelling copy
Creation and publication of web pages with clear engaging digital content – implementing through our content management tools
Continually and proactively utilising digital analytics to optimise our online digital journeys and improve SEO rankings
The minimum skills and experience you’ll need to apply:
Experience in Copy Writing
Experience of working with a content management system
Experience/Knowledge of HTML and CSS
Ability to influence broad set of internal customers across the business
Excellent communication skills (e.g. written and presentation skills) and ability to optimise communication channels
It is desirable to have an understanding of digital tools and techniques.
It is desirable to have experience in working in an agile environment and with SEO tools (SEMrush, Google Search Console).
