What you’ll do:

• Translate business requirements into outstanding digital articles and journeys to improve the knowledge of our front-line staff.
• Build and update our digital knowledge platform, Atlas, with the latest product information, offers and briefs and ensure the content is engaging and easy to digest
• Continuously improve the layout and functionality of our Atlas pages through test & learn and user feedback and drive our technology teams to deliver functionality improvements
• Manage a wide range of partners across Marketing, Commercial, Propositions and Trading to deliver pages on time and to brief
• Analyze performance of the platform through Adobe Analytics and deliver insight and plans to help improve performance.

What you’ll bring:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to interpret briefs and business requirements
• Solid stakeholder management experience including managing expectations and timescales and presenting proposals and strategies
• Good time management and prioritisation of your workload
• Knowledge of digital technologies and experience with Graphic / Wb Design tools (such as Sketch, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
• Interest in Commercial / Trading performance and a drive to improve performance
• Relevant degree in Media Studies, Digital Publishing or English discipline OR work experience equivalent.
