What you'll do

We’ll look to you to support the development and delivery of all of our digital channels within the bank. This will include agreeing a schedule of core content across the business, deciding on how it’s produced and making sure it delivers the outcomes we need.

Day to day, you’ll be:

• Working with communications stakeholders to deliver a programme of visual content development initiatives
• Engaging with and managing external agencies to deliver digital programmes
• Embedding innovative solutions that increase the effectiveness of employee communication
• Leading communications interaction with other functions

The skills you'll need

To join us in this role, you’ll need experience of managing complex delivery programmes and a strong understanding of communications. Along with a thorough understanding of digital technologies, you’ll also have experience in developing and delivering digital content.

We’ll also look to you to have:

• An understanding of internal communications practice and principles
• Knowledge of digital asset management
• Experience of managing relationships with external suppliers
• The ability to deliver programme milestones on time against challenging deadlines
