In this role you’ll be responsible for sourcing, enhancing and elevating content – from videos, to blogs, and everything in between. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring the digital candidate journey is working as hard as possible, using your knowledge, experience and skills to ensure we put our communications in front of the right people.
To deliver and execute this, you’ll partner with our hiring community, business stakeholders, and agencies, working with them to strategically analyse how we can reach target audiences, engage them and ultimately help them choose a role at Sky. Your reach across the business will stretch from recruitment to our studio and production teams, corporate, entertainment, technology and many more.
Not only will you be a key content producer, but you’ll also partner with team members to run the Careers website, manage campaigns (both big and small) and use metrics and analysis to define success.
This is a big role that doesn’t just incorporate social media in the traditional sense – it’s a truly social, content and digitally integrated position.
What you’ll do:
Own, deliver and maintain content, copy, outreach and more across defined social channels
Ideate and dive deep into what content works for Sky recruitment
Ensure there is cut-through content planned, created, scheduled and published aligned to our growth aspirations and targets to attract to diverse talent pool.
Test candidate journeys to ensure they are driving talent through the right channels to apply
Work with the wider team to strategise and understand complex briefs
Collaborate across teams to provide solutions on recruitment opportunities and ensure the journey is being delivered with a fully considered approach
Ensure consistency in content, tone of voice, style guides, brand
Research and put forward solutions and opportunities
Be empowered as the expert in all things social, digital and content
Be able to work well under pressure and react quickly
What you’ll bring:
A meticulous eye for detail and ability to articulate clearly and consistently
Managing social media channels, including copywriting and scheduling content via our content management tool
Clear understanding of an integrated digital approach for user/candidate journeys
Ability to contribute to content generation and/or production via the use of tools like Papirfly, and have experience video editing
Demonstrable experience of managing a workload of competing priorities effectively
Proven experience of engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and advise on content strategies
Keen to contribute to the team on a wider scope, learn and deploy
Show a passion for digital journeys – whether that’s previously been in a consumer or recruitment space
