In this job, you’ll be accountable for managing our Tag Management System, leading and developing a future proof data layer infrastructure to meet our business needs. You’ll also be designing specialised tagging solutions and developing a common implementation framework across our brands.
You'll have the following responsibilities
Implement tags and scripts across our digital platforms according to industry best practice
Develop and maintains the data layer across our digital estate based on business requirements
Supply specialised tagging solutions using tag management, including voice of the customer, digital analytics, marketing tags and session replay tools
Execute class-leading implementations of Adobe Analytics and Core Services through Tag Management Systems
Test and debugs Digital journeys to make sure tagging has been implemented correctly
Support Stakeholders to understand how tags fire and how data is being collected
Work with developers to implement tagging specs and work continually them to improve and handle any issues along the process
Audit the existing data collection setup, identifying gaps in tracking and processes, setup inefficiencies and identifying opportunities to improve data collection
Work with analysts in order to makes sure that management reporting, dashboards and analytics are accurate and validated
You'll have the following skills & experience
Proven commercial and developing experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Working experience of Digital Analytics platforms - Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics/GA360
Experience working in a tag management system. (Adobe Launch preferred)
Ability to prioritise a complex mix of work and manage time effectively
Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
Familiarity with the Adobe Experience Cloud and Core Services such as Adobe Target or Adobe Audience Manager
