The Digital Ad Operations Executive will be responsible for the technical set-up, management, maintenance, and monitoring of all Online campaigns for brand partners. You will co-ordinate and manage all briefing process across Online Media channels, manage operations processes and responsibilities for .com campaigns with both internal and external stakeholders from booking through to execution. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with fellow Planning & Operations Executives and the Digital Strategy to support the implementation of all Media executions across the Online portfolio
You will manage administrative responsibilities associated with these bookings allowing Account Managers to focus on sales, account management and driving new business.

The Partnerships team develops and manages commercial partnerships with premium brands across our portfolio of luxury magazines, the Harrods App, CRM and a range of -winning windows and pop-up sites in-store.
About You
The successful candidate will have experience in campaign uploading, tracking, monitoring, reporting, optimisation, and analysis, and will have great attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to prioritise their time. You will be expected to build strong relationships with brands to ensure ongoing positive relationships with the Partnerships team. The successful candidate with have experience working directly with brands to create submit and process creative and channel briefs/assets across the Online portfolio.
You will need prior experience with digital ads trafficking, with particular expertise in in ad serving technology, preferably Google Ad Manager, as well as experience with Google Analytics and Content Square. Excellent attention to detail is essential, with keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
