In this role, you will drive key solutions that enable our teams to manage and govern enterprise data. As a DevOps Engineer, you will work with a range of technical teams to implement technical solutions and support our existing data governance platforms to deliver operational excellence and a high-quality customer experience. You will be hands-on and work directly with users to resolve technical queries as well as implementing strategic solutions to uplift our data governance capabilities across the organisation. You will be a valued member of our team if you are a self-motivated team player and have excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage with all levels of stakeholders.

Ideally, you will also bring to the role:

· experience with AWS

· experience in administration and maintenance of ETL or data quality platforms such as Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) / Informatica Big Data Management (BDM)

· experience integrating to SQL databases and big data platforms

· experience in working and implementing with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, including deploying applications in public cloud

· an understanding of Linux operations with experience in shell scripting

· a passion for automation and continuous innovation

· experience with production support or SRE, experience on logging and system monitoring tools like Splunk.

It's a bonus if you bring:

· completion of an AWS certification

· an understanding of data governance concepts and industry trends

· experience in development and maintenance of data governance platforms such as Collibra

· exposure to languages including Java, Scala, Groovy, Python

· experience integrating on-prem and cloud applications through APIs.
