Are you looking for an opportunity to learn on the job whilst studying for a qualification? Are you intrigued by the Construction sector and looking for an opportunity to get your foot in the door?

We are looking for a Development Apprentice (Construction & Regeneration). As our Development Apprentice your principal role is to complete the Level 3 National Diploma in Construction & the Built Environment (part-time)! Whilst you complete our structured apprenticeship programme you will have the opportunity to gain real on-the-job training which will lead you to gain some valuable work experience and potentially an opportunity to secure a full-time job with us.

You will be assigned a mentor during your apprenticeship to assist you throughout your apprenticeship.

You will be enthusiastic, energetic with a thirst to provide excellent customer service, this role requires you to provide support and assistance to the business by providing first class customer service to both our internal and external clients within the Construction and Regeneration teams.

You will work within the Construction and Regeneration team in the day-to-day delivery of each of their functions where you will spend time with each team. This role will help to build your technical knowledge whilst understanding the complete development journey of a new development.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can demonstrate a keen interest in a career within Construction. You might wish to aspire to progress into a Development professional role, such as project management, technical involving Architecture and Design.

We will provide an exciting role with a clear route for progression within a high-performing team of one of London’s top Housing Associations.

You will demonstrate a clear passion for and, interest in property development and have a desire to forge a long-term career in the sector.
