The ideal candidates will have proven success & experience with e-mail templates, data analysis, marketing performance reporting, insight writing, B2B marketing, social media advertising, email marketing, & demand & lead generation. Reporting to the office manager, you will work closely with the company’s telephone marketing, telephone sales, & client partners to achieve the clients aligned objectives. This is a full-time office-based role in BRIGHTON & HOVE SUSSEX.

• Full time & permanent employment

• Monday to Friday 9.00AM to 5.00PM

• Office is based in Brighton & Hove Sussex

• £23,000.00PA / £25,000.00PA + Bonus

• PAYE

WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing & sales reporting, including tele-research, email campaigns & market research

• Make outbound B2B calls to carry out Telephone Market Research

• Enter data into the company CRM system accurately & efficiently

WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Qualifications:

• Excellent written work

• Knowledge of data capabilities strongly preferred

• Ability to work independently & achieve results in a fast-paced, team environment

• Ability to handle multiple projects & prioritise responsibilities

• Knowledge of B2B sales cycles

• Familiarity with sales process & sales oriented KPIs

• Excellent oral & written skills; experience in telephone sales a plus!
