Roles like this don't come up often. Reporting to the Chief Services Officer, you'll be leading a strong and passionate delivery team across ANZ made up of techncial consultants web developers and project managers.

You bring:

• Experienced operating in Professional Services in the tech sector
• Strong knowledge of a DXP
• Excellent leadership of dispersed technical professional services teams delivering to customers
• Commercial mind that balances delivering excellent customer solutions with desired organisational outcomes
• Program Management capability showing the pragmatic application of agile/lean project methodologies, processes and practices
• Strategic thinking coupled with practical execution, you will happily get your hands dirty
• Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset to evolve delivery framework so outcomes optimise customer satisfaction, project quality, client value

What you would do:

• Inspire and lead a dispersed technical delivery teams to create and implement excellent customer solutions
• Input to and facilitate delivery of the Services Strategy across the ANZ delivery team.
• Review and evolve the delivery framework in partnership with Services leadership, people managers, and other functional leaders across Squiz
• Build strong relationships across the organisation to ensure that processes represent needs, are clearly understood and hand-offs and transitions are seamless
• Network and build trust with customers to ensure successful projects and great outcomes for clients
• Drives the adoption of global standards and practices across ANZ
• Ensures Services disciplines work together to achieve a cohesive organisational structure and delivery framework
• Fosters team participation in global working groups to continually improve products, tools and practises
• Acts as an escalation point for Services Squads and will help negotiate successful outcomes with clients
