What you’ll create and do
Help clients develop their data strategy program and subsequent initiatives to help them leverage data and analytics to meet their organizational goals
Define and measure data and analytics capabilities and maturity that span the data strategy lifecycle, including, data, technology, process, governance, talent, organizational structure and data-culture
Identify data governance needs and define roles and responsibilities associated with data ownership, stewardship and custodianship
Develop and tailor data strategy, governance and management frameworks as it relates to client analytics and business needs
Identify methodologies to execute on the data strategy and governance roadmap and approaches to support the change management required
Define data domains to enable data governance rollout
Identify value creation opportunities, conducting jurisdictional scans, documenting case studies and leading practices as it relates to data strategy, data management, data governance, and analytics / reporting
Development of potential solution architecture and requirements for people, processes and technology to support business outcomes
Outline the scope of the work and identify and map out schedules, milestones, and required resources to meet the project objectives
Determine and communicate the work product or outcomes that will be delivered to the client upon project completion.
Design and develop work products and deliverables planned for within scope of work
Develop and carry out communications to the company's senior stakeholders, company staff, and internal and external project teams
Understand and relay key data and analytics concepts at a fundamental level, such as data strategy, data management, data governance, data reporting and visualization, analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning
What you’ll bring to this role
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
Experience in delivering data strategy and governance programs with an understanding of industry-standards such as DAMA, CDQM, etc.
Ability to pursue excellence in work product development and delivery with a positive attitude and progressive mindset is critical to your success
Demonstrated skills such as self-motivation and self-discipline, organizational, time management analytical thinking and problem solving. Listening, verbal communication, written and interpersonal skills to interact at various levels of the organization.
Creativity: Consultants must be able to have the flexibility and creativity to handle any situations that arise while implementing solutions for the client
Synthesizing vasts amounts of information and creating a story about to to share in a visually compelling manner
Relevant experience and knowledge within Consulting or Industry
