The Data Support Analyst will primarily support the Manager, Business Analytics and Reporting in the development, implementation and maintenance of meaningful performance indicators and metrics that provide business intelligence for projects managed by Business Performance.
In this position you will provide key support to the Manager, Business Analytics and Reporting in reporting and managing the data analytics tasks relevant to the project.
We are looking for someone with demonstrated practical experience in the capture and analysis of complex data, trend analysis and interpretation. Does this sound like you?
About the opportunity
In this role you will perform a range of processes and analytical tasks, including calculation of optimal stock levels, data-driven assessment of items catalogues, and working with BI dashboards.
This is a Full Time Temporary (for a period up to 26 February 2023) position graded as a Health Manager Level 1 with an annual salary of $76,152.00 to $102,438.00 (Excl. 10% superannuation). Location: NSW Health Campus, St Leonards

Provide an example of a time in your life where you have learned a new technological skill (application, language, etc.) Describe your learning process, and the outcome of learning the new skill on your work.
You will be asked to complete a psychometric assessment (e.g. personality and cognitive abilities assessments) in the recruitment process for this position.
Only candidates with current Australian work rights (Australian citizens, permanent residents, valid work visa) will be considered.
Vaccination Requirements
This is a NSW Health Category B position.
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.
Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. Please provide proof of vaccination if available.
