Data Quality Analyst - ATM/Business Deposits

On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Data Quality Analyst.

Data Quality Analyst – Job Description

Working with the Data Quality team members to convert the DQ validations and checks to a SQL query based solution.

• WM DQ Solution Migration – migrate from our current Tableau based calc to a SQL query based tool to run and automate our DQ validations, for many of our data categories, and store results for further analysis. 
• Responsible for the review and development within a Data Quality (DQ) Tool migration, with a view to enhance, unify and consolidate data quality results and scoring across multiple dimensions, and provide added value to our Data Management and business users within RBC Global Asset Management (GAM).
• Most of the work will be reengineering the validations and comparing against the current. Documenting the changes, and updating governance tools if needed. Some Tableau work / dashboard work may be required.

Data Quality Analyst – Mandatory Skills

• 2 - 4 years recent relevant business/industry experience with data/account management functions for an multiple data sets
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Excellent computer skills, specifically SQL query (Oracle and MS), Tableau
• Familiarity with data hierarchies and related data management processes
• In depth investigation acumen
• Use good judgement, confidentiality and discretion in communicating with colleagues and partners
• Ability to enhance own skills and build knowledge in all aspects of the business
