About this role
You will collaborate both operationally and technically across key functional business units involved in the design of the sales reward plans and offer advice and makes recommendations based on expertise, suggesting solutions and improvements on complex segment and portfolio dynamics that enable the delivery of operational and sales rewards measurement requirements that drive sales performance.
In addition to this you'll also be responsible for ensuring the accurate and on time delivery of critical data feeds sent to group sales reward for payplan and commission payment calculations.
You'll have the following responsibilities
Quality on time delivery of sales reward performance reporting and insight
Quality of critical managed reference sets including sales reward targets, sales organisation hierarchies and product maps
Recommending the specific inputs into operational and sales reward performance reporting and insight the strategy for enabling self service
Deliver insights in an easy to understand format using a variety of data visualisation tools & techniques
Participate in regular stakeholder communication – updates and reporting as required for the business
Develop strong stakeholder relationships to help build up a good understanding of their business areas
You'll have the following skills & experience
Expert user of data visualisation tools primarily Tableau to help deliver key insights
Advanced in SQL programming language and data interrogation techniques to support analysis
Stakeholder management
Skilled in the use of the following applications Salesforce, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SQL, Tableau
Highly numerate with strong analytical skills coupled with good commercial awareness.
