The Role
The Data & Insights Analyst - Tableau Specialist will scope, develop and manage the Tableau visualisation tool and broader analytics to generate value add outcomes for key stakeholders and customers. These customers include various teams within the Woolworths Facilities Management (WFM) team, as well as the broader Format and Network Development Team of which WFM is a part. 
Key to success in this role is your superb relationship and stakeholder management skills to translate business needs into data driven insights, as well as identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and creating actionable outcomes.
 
Who we’re looking for:

• If you’re the person we’re looking for you’ll enjoy the intricacies of data and be adaptable to new technologies and tools. You’ll be a strong communicator and be able to present your ideas and concepts in a concise way. 
• We’re also looking for:
• 5 years experience in data & insights roles 
• Experience in creating live data visualisations and dashboards with tools such as Tableau
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and associated tools (Big Query, Google Data Studio)
• Experience in running data queries via SQL
• Experience in shaping, cleansing and modelling data from complex data sets
• Solid technical grounding in programming languages 
• Experience in Facilities Management or Operation Technology fields favourable but not essential.
• Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member within a complex and fast paced  environment 
• Business and commercial acumen
• Awareness of Agile methodology
