flexhive is your temporary staffing agency. We are currently seeking Data Entry Officers across NZ for temporary contracts, mainly in the commercial (Bank, Insurance, Telco, Education and More!) and government sectors.

We seek those who have a natural knack for Data Entry and Admin work. Play an instrumental role in supporting operations and maintaining high-data quality in well-respected Auckland-based organisations.


Our Data Entry roles:

• Flexible temp contracts with a variety of lenghts
• Number of temp opportunities across Auckland
• Shifts between 4 to 8 hours a day
• Hourly rate ranges between $23 to $25 upon experience
• Easy to fill timesheet and on-time payment
  

Duties & Responsibilities:

Data Entry professionals handle different types of electronic or raw data by editing it and entering it into a database or platform.

Our jobs may look slightly different depending on the organisation. However, the Data Entry Officer/ Operator will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

• Collect information from clients and internal staff
• Update information and keep databases up to date
• Catalogue, tag and reference the data
• Review the data and fix deficiencies
• Merge or remove duplicates
• Transfer or retrieve data if needed
• Follow the organisation's procedures and systems
• Email management
• Contribute to team performance and report

Your experience

The role demands professionalism, conscientiousness, confidentiality and attention to detail towards all types of information and data:

• Previous experience (min. 6 months) in Data Entry
• Experience in a high paced environment and strong organisational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and computer skills from different platforms and systems
