Please note this is a Fixed term contract for 14 months (until March 2023).

This role can be based in Weybridge, Nottingham or London

About the opportunity

Not only will you get the opportunity to work in a key role within the program team supporting the HRIS project data strategy, but you’ll also have the opportunity to work with our global teams across a variety of business areas. Some key tasks include:

  • Use data profiling tools to profile source data and advise on issues for resolution. Monitor data cleansing activities as required through engagement with the relevant data stakeholders.
  • Maintain status reporting from the various systems in order to track progress and support decision making on the project.
  • Support testing activities in relation to validation of migration processes and data.
  • Perform data migration audit, reconciliation and exception reporting.
  • Ensure processes are in place to keep master / reference data aligned throughout the program.
  • Deliver according to the appropriate implementation methodology and ensure it is used and applied consistently within the program, identifying risks, proposed mitigation and issue management.
  • Support technical resources in the definition of integration requirements and support in the delivery of integration solution workshops and the completion of required documentation.
  • Data will be English only and translated at local level, but could be required to work with countries on translated data issues if they arise.

  • Highly competent with data tools, with a broad understanding of data modelling
  • Experience with HR data and processes, able to demonstrate an understanding of the complexities of managing data across multiple geographies and entities
  • Demonstrable experience in managing tasks to time to meet key deadlines
  • Experience working as part of a large-scale program
