Manages all aspects of organizational data; establishes and maintains policies and procedures for planning, designing and maintaining an information bank to ensure that data services are delivered in a high-quality and profitable manner. CAPITA is looking for a BI/Data Analyst - Homebased role

Capita provides key administrative and payment services for NHS England. This covers processing of payment information, management of Supplies, maintenance of the Performers List and Market Entry applications, through to management of administration and movement of Medical Records. These PCSE Services are provided to the General Practitioners ('GPs'), dentists, opticians and pharmacists across England. The purpose of the Lead Data Engineer role is to maintain the full range of Production Data Services including the Data Warehouse and provision the core data sets needed to support the Master data management processes (ie bespoke Applications created for Operational teams). Data/BI Analyst will ensure data incidents, data requests, tasks and actions are completed within SLA to meet Capita / PCSE requirements.

What you'll be doing:

• Help develop, deliver and own the PCSE data management model
• Manage Master/Reference Data
• Manage Data Incidents and resolve
• Maintain Data Catalogue
• Pro-active Data Quality Assessment and resolve data quality issues with the service lines and team
• Manage the PCSE Reporting Model with the Data Architect
• Manage Reporting Reference Data
• Manage data Extract Transform Load processes and incidents
• Assess change impacts and work with change management to ensure risk mitigation etc
• Manage Production data changes and ensure seamless delivery
• Ensure correct Data Governance is maintained
• Advise IT and projects to ensure alignment with the data responsibilities and overall strategy
• Practical experience in data management, process design and implementation in a digital environment.

What we're looking for:

• Practical experience in data management, process design and implementation in a digital environment.
• Excellent skills in the full Microsoft BI stack (T_SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS) and Data Reporting, hands-on coding
• Expert problem-solving skills - experienced in data investigation to quickly identify faults / verify amendments to code
• Excellent skills using Power BI and championing with various teams
• Experience managing the alignment of transaction systems, digital services and business processes across a range of applications and systems.
• Good communicator - able to engage all levels of stakeholders
• Detailed understanding of data structure and linkages
• Excellent CRM application knowledge - proven experience
• Experience of developing enterprise data models
