Data Strategy Implementation Division Our Division helps the Bank to make the best use of data and analytics to achieve that. Pretty much everything the Bank does depends critically on the use of data and analytics, and the Bank has made our work a strategic priority. The Skills and Culture Hub The Skills and Culture Hub enables the Bank to make the best use of data and analytics (D&A), systematically close D&A skills gaps and transform the Bank’s D&A culture, through upskilling, nurturing a supportive and collaborative culture and connecting users across the Bank to the services they need to achieve desired business outcomes. We design, implement, operate and continuously improve; In this role, the job holder will provide support across the 'Skills and Learning' and 'Culture and Communication' sub-teams to ensure that our services are delivered in an efficient, co-ordinated and collaborative way. This specific role offers a salary range of £28,500 - £32,490 per annum, along with our comprehensive benefits package as follows: • A non-contributory, career average pension giving you a guaranteed retirement benefit of 1/95th of your annual salary for every year worked. There is the option to increase your pension (to 1/50th) or decrease (to 1/120th) in exchange for salary through our flexible benefits programme each year.
