Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Mon - Friday 9am-5pm

What will you be doing?  

We are looking for an analyst with a passion for data to help deliver meaningful insights and identify opportunities to improve our Credit & Collections strategies.  At Vodafone we have a wealth of data sources and are looking for individuals who are able to unlock the value for both our Consumer and Enterprise businesses. If you love translating data into useable insight and recommendations, this is the role for you.

•    Ability to extract and manipulate data across multiple sources, generating insights and to translating these into recommendations 
•    Continuously investigate opportunities to optimise our customer journeys and business value at acquisition, in life and during collections and recoveries
•    Ensure that Vodafone operate within our risk appetite, understanding the tradeoff between revenue and risk, and balancing any recommendations 
•    Investigate the value of new 3rd party data sources to determine the business value (i.e., affordability and vulnerability)

Who are we looking for?   

  
•    Solid experience of SQL, SAS and Excel 
•    Excellent communication skills, ability to translate complex data into insights
•    Stakeholder management skills and the confidence to present own findings 
•    Experience in a Credit & Collections analytical position desirable
