Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst role will involve preparing financial reports that summarize trends for managers. In this role you will be compiling, interpreting, and reporting information on a variety of data types. Are you highly analytical and deadline driven? Then this Data Analyst position is for you.

What you get to do every day

- Create and share key decision-making data for market assessments, forecasting and further investigation

- Assemble analytical reports, identifying all relevant insights

- Organize, manipulate, and extract data in response to management requests

- Interpret corporate reports, such as quarterly earnings, to build sound financial reports

- Rely on analytical, organizational, and investigative skills in order to take on data mining projects

Requirements

- BS/BA in Accounting, finance, or economics

- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, data analysis or similar role

- Understanding of various data models

- Skilled in spreadsheet and reporting applications, including V-lookups, pivot tables, and queries

- Capable of working independently with minimal oversight

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and a high attention to detail

- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

- In-depth efficiency in data management and manipulation
