Our team plays a key role in providing data and analytics for Experiences & Devices Group and owns the end-to-end reporting and owns key data assets utilized for leadership review. For this role, you would be leveraging the power of data, the skill of analysis, the science of learning to empower our stakeholders with insights on growth levers.  

Responsibilities

• Build a holistic understanding of the product, its customers and business goals
• Define, generate, automate, and monitor KPI metrics for different Modern Life solutions
• Manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques
• Partner with Business, Product & Finance stakeholders to build an actionable analytical learning plan and conduct analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering and Data Sciences teams to incorporate their expertise into analysis and pass on requirements as necessary.
• Present insights and learnings to key stakeholders / executives, drive actions and impact
• Provide thought leadership on modern life based on the insights / learning from analyses
• Inform Consumer strategy through deep insights, cross team collaboration (with data engineering and data science) and strong storytelling

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in analyzing large volumes of data, extracting insights processing large data sets using SQL or SQL-like scripting language
• 2+ years of experience in processing and building visualizations using reporting tool as Power BI
• Basic understanding of statistics and machine learning.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to synthesize complex issues/scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts
• Action-oriented, self-motivated, agile, attending to detail and driven to think out-of-the-box
• Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries
• Ability to influence diverse audiences and build strong partnerships with stakeholders
• Master or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics/Math/Computer Science/Economics/Business or Engineering
