Data Analyst Apprenticeship Programme
Starting in Spring 2022, the Data Analyst Apprenticeship is an 18-month programme, which will provide you the opportunity to develop your capabilities in this role, while helping Lloyds Banking Group to continue to unlock the power of data to support the Group’s clients and colleagues, which in turn helps Britain prosper.
You’ll develop the skills and knowledge required to become a confident and capable Data Analyst professional. As an apprentice on the programme, you’ll gain valuable work experience and on the job training. We’ll support you in the development of your technical competencies, such as data collection and analytics, in parallel with the social skills needed to thrive within a large inclusive, values-led organisation.
This is a permanent position within Lloyds Banking Group and, before you commence the study elements of your apprenticeship, you’ll spend time to become proficient in your role and to ensure you’re ready to gain the most benefit from the apprenticeship programme.
The team you’ll join has responsibility for improving our customer data and ensuring we have the appropriate controls in place so we know if our data isn’t correct. This programme is therefore ideal for candidates looking to embark on a data analytics career and developing knowledge and understanding of key concepts and techniques that help organisations effectively use data to make decisions.

A Level or equivalent qualification in any subject and 5 GCSEs grade C or above including English and Maths (or equivalent level qualifications)
