A career within Cybersecurity and Privacy services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients implement an effective cybersecurity programme that protects against threats, propels transformation, and drives growth. As companies pivot toward a digital business model, exponentially more data is generated and shared among organisations, partners and customers. What you will create and do

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Contribute as a team and workstream leader by managing diverse teams of motivated and talented individuals, contributing to their development and helping them reach their potential.

Identify and address client needs through critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Lead key parts of, and contribute to the delivery of business led technology enabled transformation programs that places the users at the center, using agile design, development and implementation methodologies.

Provide guidance and recommendations on project direction such as setting priority of work packages, resource allocation, and work package scheduling.

Prioritize and handle multiple priorities and tasks; including leading and participating in multiple concurrent projects, while also contributing to practice development and business development activities.

Act as an expert in your areas of focus (e.g. including, but are not limited to technology strategy, technology governance & operating model, driving technology implementation, enterprise security architecture,network security, cloud transformation, agile delivery).

Help others think critically and share complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences, including to senior executives.

Coach and collaborate with peers, including providing coaching, feedback and guidance on work performance.

 Lead / contribute to practice development activities (e.g. new service offerings, training packages, recruiting initiatives, marketing).

Lead / contribute to business development activities, including writing proposals and presenting them to clients, and responding to RFPs.

Drive change in the network security team and help team members grow in their careers.

Primarily responsible for project oversight, team management and client relationship development.

Serve as leader and cybersecurity subject matter expert (SME) for high profile, innovative IT & OT security initiatives in the power, energy, mining industrial and other sectors.

Advise on IT & OT & IoT & cloud cyber security approaches.

Develop IT & OT & IoT & cloud cybersecurity strategies aligned with our client’s business strategies.

Adapt and/or develop security frameworks and enterprise security standards to inform the development of security architectures for a wide range of technologies including interactions between IT, IoT, mobile, OT.

Draft Security Architectures, and Security Target Operating Models that include advanced security technologies for network and systems security within industrial environments. These will consider full defence-in-depth designs that cover all security layers.

Bring other PwC specialists in to address your client’s needs in other cyber security areas and a wide range of managed security services through PwC’s state of the art SOC.

What you will bring to this role

Be in a demonstrated active leadership role for at least 5 years.

Deep experience in a consulting environment with a focus on zero trust strategy and roadmap development, SDP (software defined perimeter), Micro-segmentation, CASB, NextGen FW,  NAC, DDoS, WAF implementation and security and ransomware assessment.

The ability to coach, motivate, and lead a dynamic and very bright PwC team.

Developing cyber security strategies, including conducting network/cyber maturity or needs assessments, identifying and prioritizing opportunities / projects, developing roadmaps and estimates, and building consensus with client stakeholders.

Advising on, or developing technology and IT operating models, including governance models and processes.

Advising on, or developing product roadmaps, blueprints and implementation roadmaps that align technology investments with critical business priorities.

Enterprise architecture, solution design, and the development and implementation of technology solutions, including information management, infrastructure and applications.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity defense in depth models, technical architectures, and security frameworks used by IT and Operational Technology systems and networks.

Sector experience within finance, telecom,energy, utility, mining, and/or industrial organizations.

A proven ability to successfully lead business development processes to identify, qualify, and land sales opportunities at clients.

Excellent written and verbal skills with proven ability to explain complex technical and security concepts to a non-technical audience. Specific relevant experience should include writing and present security assessment reports and proposals writing.

An ability to engage and manage stakeholder expectations across the c-suite, and CISO’s office.

A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard.

Relevant degree in Computer Science or Industrial Automation.

Recognized industry certifications are preferred.

Ability to handle pressure situations with key stakeholders.

Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Maintain a sustainable work/life balance and delegate effectively.
