Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Classify inbound air shipments
  • Request and obtain technical information from the supplier
  • Liaise with customers and advise of potential tariff concessions
  • Advise customers about Customs or quarantine impediments
  • Build effective relationships with the internal and external customer base
  • Other duties as required

Competencies and Skills required:

  • 2+ years experience as a Customs Classifier
  • Strong understanding of classification and quarantine requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise along with exceptional time management skills
