You will be in charge of training and accompanying our clients in terms of their use of the CRM and on the best phone and web strategies.

What will your days look like?

• Train our clients on the Activix CRM

• Coaching on phone call techniques and management of web requests

• Improve and maintain the quality of customer service offered to our clients

• Establish an implantation plan that is efficient with our clients

• Reinforce the sale of products and CRM services

What competencies should you have?

• Training and education experience

• Aptitudes in communication

• Comprehension of the proper phone call techniques

• Autonomy and resourcefulness

• Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Experience with CRMs (an asset)

• Sales experience (an asset)
