Our client, an Essential Services organisation with a VERY reputable brand, is looking for a person to join their phone-based Customer Support role. 

• Immediate start until end of March 2022
• NIGHTSHIFT work 40h/week (11pm-7am)
• 5 days a week across Mon-Sun (potential flexibility with the days)
• East Tamaki, secure location
• Must have min 2 years of work experience in corporate environment

THE ROLE & YOU!

• Taking inbound calls from staff (over 3,500 on-site!) who may be unwell
• Completing and managing assessments on these staff (yes, you will be VERY process driven!)
• Outbound calls to follow up on existing staff off
• Managing email queries and managing updates with line managers
• Solid 40 hours per week - guaranteed hours
• You will be immediately available and can commit until end of March 2022
• Possess strong people skills, excellent administration skills and ability to think on your feet
