Looking to grow your career with one of Canada's top employers? Agilus is recruiting for a Customer Success Representative in the House Detailing industry in North York, Ontario. This isn’t your typical sales centre cubicle farm, or a suit and tie kind of place. Our client has a pretty cool and casual open office environment that makes it easy for you to meet new friends on our inclusive and diverse team. There’s no need to hide your personality around here—we want you to let your true self shine through in the work you do. They always have lots of fun stuff planned, like team bonding activities, games, competitions and more. A typical day:

  • Interact with customers over phone, chat, email and text to deliver a great customer experience
  • Book house detailing jobs for repeat and new customers
  • Proactively reach out to former/potential customers to drive repeat business
  • Add-on additional service to help our customer’s homes really shine

You bring:

  • An availability to work 7 days per week (Monday-Sunday) 8:00am - 8:00pm with flexibility to change shift times/days with business needs
  • A persuasive communication skills and lots of personality!
  • An eagerness and willingness to learn and grow!
  • Able to commute to our client's' office in North York 75% of the time (4 days per week)
  • Work from home abilities 25% of the time - a quiet space, wifi of 75 MBs+ & personal computer
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and double vaccinated against Covid

Total rewards:

  • This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension to a permanent role
  • Great compensation - $20 per hour with on-going incentives and giveaways
  • Once perm, you will be eligible for an extended health benefits package

  • Hybrid work environment -in office 4 days a week, ability to work from home one day a week
  • Flexible hours (between 8:30-8:00 EST Mon-Fri and 10:00-6:30 EST weekends) but you will get your schedule 3 weeks in advance
