Our client is London’s leading independent specialists in printing, scanning, copying, telecommunications, mailing solutions and the support of their IT infrastructure.

Role:

  • Build loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring you have an in-depth understanding of the financial status of your portfolio including individual value, billing and contract renewal
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular client management, including email and regular telephone communication
  • Determine key needs and initiatives within the customer, and position solutions to align with business issues or initiatives specific to the customer
  • Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports to each client and establishing individual requirements whereby each client receives a bespoke service
  • Provide administrative support to the Client Management team, such as report generation, client query handling and any other related duties as required

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
