We are looking to expand our race day Customer Care, Safety Stewarding and SIA Door Supervisor teams at Haydock Park Racecourse. With 32 days of horse racing and music artists like Olly Murs, Paloma Faith and Nile Rogers + Chicalso at Haydock Park plus various other venues and events in close proximity, such as Aintree Racecourse, Reminisce Music Festival, Leigh Sports Village, AJ Bell Stadium, Lancashire County Cricket Club we certainly have a huge variety of events to not only work at but more importantly have fun at!

Haydock Racecourse is a key venue for G4S Events - from horse racing to corporate conferences, you could be part of it all!

Our customer focused teams provide a visible reminder that both safety and customer experience are jointly our main priorities for visitors and staff. Which means you could be inside or outside, on your feet showing people where to go, checking tickets at entry, monitoring the crowd and managing the car parking facilities. Wherever you are, you’ll be the fun, helpful and friendly face representing G4S.

As part of our race day G4S team you will be responsible for numerous duties which may include:

• Welcoming customers
• Enhancing a customers race day experience
• Carrying out pre and post event safety checks
• Searching visitors on entry to venues
• Monitoring visitor / crowd movements and behaviour to identify potential issues or incidents and to take action as necessary
• Securing licenced / hospitality areas
• Directing customers
• Checking tickets
• + many more

Given the nature of the industry, we do need to ask some questions for security and compliance purposes, but don’t worry - you will only need to complete them once.
