TÅtara Health exists to enable our whÄnau to enjoy the benefits and opportunities that wellness brings.
We are looking for one or two people to join our customer services team. The customer service team are the gateway for all of our customers to access TÅtara services and as such, are a busy and dynamic team.
Both opportunities are flexible (preferably 32 hours per week but will consider candidates seeking 20-40 hours) with hours usually between 8am and 5pm Mon-Fri but also including occasional weekend shifts.
Key Attributes we are looking for:
In this role, you will be expected to carefully manage a high volume of customers, utilising our available resources to ensure everyone receives the care that they need. Your decision making skills need to be excellent as each decision has a flow on effect to your colleagues and on the experience of our customer.
You must have at least 2 years’ experience working in a customer service role.
You must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to apply for this role.
