• Excellent soft skills, including verbal and written communication

• Proactive problem-solver

The role:

• Process orders over the phone and through email
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues
• Resolve customer complaints
• Excellent time management skills
• Resilient and able to work under pressure
• High level of accuracy and professionalism with all written communication
